We believe that the addition of a good chili pepper can take many dishes to the next level. In this mix we used high quality Mediterranean sea salt, which we combined with our two favorite chili peppers: aleppo chili pepper and ancho chili pepper. The result is a balanced blend of sweetness, heat, smokiness, and spice. Ingredients: Chili mix (60%) (Aleppo chili pepper, Ancho chili pepper), Salt (40%).
