- a Middle Eastern all-rounder - Hayal (“dream” in Turkish) Pul biber is the most commonly used spice, after salt and pepper, in Turkish cuisine. We based this mix on pul biber (pul = ”flake” and biber = ”pepper”), which comes from the famous Aleppo pepper. This chili is not too spicy, but spreads a pleasant sweet heat. Here we have combined this delicious pepper with the earthy and spicy flavors of cumin and oregano. This true all-rounder goes exceptionally well with meat, vegetables, and sauces. Ingredients: Aleppo chili pepper, sea salt, caster sugar, cumin, garlic, sumac, oregano. May contain traces of mustard and celery. 80g
