Domaine de l'aigle Chardonnay 2022: Domaine de l'Aigle is located near the village of Roquetaillade, near Limoux, at the foot of the Pyrenees. The estate covers some 47 hectares, with vines planted between 250 and 500 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest vineyards in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, and even Languedoc. Chardonnay vines thrive in climatic conditions similar to those of Burgundy, where the grape is native; an oceanic climate with continental influences, frequent precipitation and a wide range of temperatures. Domaine de l'Aigle produces Languedoc-Roussillon wines of surprising freshness and exceptional minerality. The estate began its conversion to biodynamic methods in 2014 Tasting Notes: A golden green color with silvery gray reflections.
