INFUSIERA coffee maker 1000 ml. Fresh, coarsely ground coffee is used to prepare coffee. About 20g for the 350ml jug, 33g for the 600ml jug and 55g for the 1000ml jug. Pour hot, not boiling water, approx. 95 degrees, almost to the top. Then stir once. Let it steep for four minutes. Pour the coffee into a cup or thermo jug as quickly as possible, depending on the quantity. Finely ground coffee should not be used, because then the coffee becomes bitter and some of the flour can get into the drink through the not too fine filter. The taste can be easily adjusted by changing: grinding degree, amount of coffee, steeping time, skimming.
