EZ Curl Bar 10KG

The GorillaGrip EZ Curl Bar is a bar with 50mm sleeves and a multi-curved bar. Due to the different angles, this bar is ideal for biceps and triceps exercises. The hands grip the bar at an angle so that the rotation of the forearm is less than when using a straight bar. This gives a more pleasant feeling, but also a different position of the muscles, which means that the training is more isolated.
