Good night

Our Good Night Tea is not only a delicious herbal tea, but also a high-quality organic product from our Gräfenhof tea factory in northern Germany. 

With a mixture of fennel, lemon balm leaves, caraway, anise and orange peel, we ensure a particularly gentle and pleasant taste. But it's not just the taste that's unique - the history and effects of the good night tea also make it a special treat. 

The calming effects of herbal teas have long been used in many cultures to prepare the body and mind for sleep. The leaves containing lemon balm and fennel are the main components of the tea and have a calming effect on the stomach and digestive tract. 

The anise also promotes relaxation and helps prepare the body for the night. 

The orange peels round off the harmonious mixture and give the tea its delicious taste. A special feature of our good night tea is that it consists exclusively of natural ingredients and is therefore free of artificial flavors and additives. 

Caffeine was also deliberately avoided here so as not to stimulate the body unnecessarily. Our good night tea is therefore not only a delicious option for the end of the evening, but also a conscious decision for quality.
