Cyanotype is a photographic process monochrome predominantly Prussian blue, developed in 1842. Today, it is found a lot in decoration and in stationery store. The principle is simple: apply a layer photosensitive on a support - paper or fabric - which comes reveal the shape of an object placed on it, often a plant since they offer endless possibilities of patterns. We decorate as well as notebooks, cards, posters, tote bags, t-shirts, cushions... technique is easy, requires few materials and gives very nice results.
