 Store the product in a clean, cool and dry place.    Recipe idea: WHITE AMARANTE WITH CHOCO/COCONUT MILK 215g white amaranth - 50g 70% or 85% chocolate (depending on preferences) - 50g coconut cream • Rinse and drain the white amaranth under cold water then cook it according to the instructions. •After 20 minutes, add the chocolate pieces to the pan until it melts. •Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained then add the coconut cream. •Pour into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
