Fleur de sel from Noirmoutier Island

Harvested on the Ile de Noirmoutier from the surface of the water in the salt marshes, this fleur de sel is sweet and without bitterness. Harvested and carefully sorted by the salt worker, the fleur de sel is then placed in baskets to dry naturally in the sun. Crystallized on the surface of water, it is characterized by its whiteness and flavor.
