Southern-style carrots and flageolets - Organic

This tasty preparation marvelously combines gently simmered flageolet beans with carrots, onions, tomatoes, thyme and other spices. Heat it for a few minutes then simply add a drizzle of olive oil. It's ready. All that's left to do is taste !
