This is a gold-coloured oil with a pleasant taste and the scent of poppy seeds. It is rich in omega-6 fatty acid which has a positive effect on the blood circulation and the immune system. Poppy seed oil can also be used as a garnish for sweets or fruit soups or as an ingredient in creams for cakes. Feel free to combine with red-coloured berries, green salads or cheese.
