Big and Small This set is a combination of soft and hard surfaces in ideal harmony. The set includes mini mats that can easily be attached to larger mats. They make an amazing addition to this set. You can get really creative.   Soft mats are used to gently stimulate, awaken and massage the feet. They provide relief for tired feet and activate unused muscles. Hard surfaces help warm the feet, intensify the feeling of walking on the mats, strengthen the muscles and ankles. The Logs mat is suitable for strengthening the centre of the body, for better balance and overall stability.   Overall, this is a balanced combination of mats that will serve most purposes.   What do physiotherapists say? ‘Little is needed to bring your feet to life.
