Squalane

Squalane is a natural moisturizing factor and part of the skin's own hydro-lipid film. This makes it super compatible for all skin types. Our phytosqualane is vegan, clear, odorless and sustainably sourced from olives. It is non-comedogenic and can therefore be used as a primer under the usual day care or make-up, even on impure, oily skin. It is also suitable as a perfect hair tip fluid for brittle hair, frizz or split ends. It has an antioxidant effect and gives the skin a silky soft feeling. Squalane protects the skin from moisture loss and prevents the oxidation of the skin's own fats. It has a very high spreading behavior and can be optimally distributed without being sticky. It improves the absorption of cosmetics and transports active ingredients deeper into the skin. Since squalane provides the skin with intensive moisture and also preserves it in the skin, it is indispensable for preventing dryness lines and maintaining elasticity. The skin is optimally cared for, plump, radiant rosy and healthy. However, squalane also acts in a similar way to a vitamin. It ensures that other skin lipids - i.e. fats - do not oxidize. Squalane is an antioxidant and works against free radicals by converting them into molecular oxygen and thus protecting them. Like vitamin C, squalane also acts as an anti-aging agent. It reduces everyday stress symptoms on the skin, effectively prevents lipid peroxidation and skin aging processes. Just a few drops of squalane provide immediate moisture and silky smooth skin.
