This "Special Edition 1" was created in close collaboration with renowned Nordic cuisine chefs and Scandinavian bartenders, including Casper Sobczyk, known as the butter chef of Solskinsøen. The quality of this creation has already been confirmed when it received a bronze award at the “Craft Spirits Berlin” in 2023. This schnapps embodies the Danish summer, both in its smell and in its color, which is reminiscent of ripe rhubarb. ​ A surprising flavor: rhubarb and star anise This organic schnapps combines the sweet and sour fruitiness of rhubarb with a hint of anise. Organic cane sugar rounds off the composition. The schnapps offers a clear aroma that presents its components precisely.
