Made from the press residues of selected grapes and matured in oak barrels, this Marc represents a spirit with character and depth. ​ Traditional oak aging process After distillation, the spirit undergoes a two-stage aging process: first in new barrels to develop its golden color and structure, then in used oak barrels, which impart a smooth complexity to the spirit over a period of three years. The result is a balanced pomace brandy with 40% vol.,which is characterized by clarity and nuance. ​ Aromatic profile with depth The aroma of Marc is reminiscent of roasted almonds, dried fruits, and a hint of gingerbread.
