It contains no colorings or added citric acid. The strawberries are harvested at optimal ripeness (25–30 mm diameter), destemmed, washed and immediately shock-frozen to –70°C in nitrogen tunnels. This preserves the fruit’s natural aroma. ​ Prepared for immediate use The strawberry puree is delivered without refrigeration and is ready to use immediately. It is suitable for mixed drinks, smoothies, desserts or milkshakes. The combination of natural sweetness and delicate acidity provides a stable basis for classic and modern recipes. An integrated anti-drip cap makes dosing easier. ​ Recipe ideas for the bar and kitchen In mixed drinks, the puree pairs well with orange, mint, basil, or thyme. Additions of blackberries, black tea or coconut water lead to new accents. Popular applications include the non-alcoholic “Strawberry Virgin Sour” with strawberry syrup and lemon juice or the “Margarita de fresa” with tequila, triple sec, lime juice and cane sugar syrup. ​ Color may vary naturally. Due to the high strawberry content and the absence of artificial colors, natural color variations may occur. Shaking is recommended before use. Once opened, the product should be refrigerated and consumed within four weeks.
