An aromatic and complex gin made in small batches. Our Heather Rose is a celebration gin, ideal as an aperitif for a special occasion or as an every day treat. With its combination of rose and heather it takes on a Prosecco character and changed to a delicate pink / champagne colour when mixed with tonic.
