It is a rice that is produced, picked and transformed in the Camargue, in the south of France, by local producers according to ancestral know-how. It has not undergone any preventive conservation treatment and comes from non-GMO seeds. It is from the plant itself that this fragrant rice gets its sweet scent of jasmine and exoticism. Cultivated in the Camargue rice fields, it can be enjoyed sweet or savory, alone or accompanied. It is a product from organic farming certified FR-BIO-01. It is marketed in a recyclable zipped kraft bag, produced by a French family business.
