Mean caramel cream with sea salt

Our most popular spread in the Heimathaven does not contain any fruit at all. The mean (yes, the double meaning was intentional) caramel cream with a pinch of sea salt goes great with chocolate, brownies, pancakes or crepes and can also be eaten with a spoon in a pinch. Instantly transforms a bad mood into happiness. Goes on coffee, in coffee, becomes liquid again when warm and can be used as a topping on coffee, cake, ice cream & Co. Only the best ingredients go into our caramel cream and so it is the epitome of our claim: #dick drunk and happy. We melt sugar properly, pour thick, fat, hot cream on top and cook butter with it - more sin is hardly possible. A small pinch of sea salt completes the whole thing. Subtle, because: salting with fleur de sel always works.
