Exclusive Heritage misü Collection – Together with TV chef Mike Süsser For over 30 years, Mike Süsser has shaped the culinary scene and, as a TV chef, delighted a wide audience with shows such as Die Kochprofis (RTL2), Süsser am Morgen (Servus TV), and Mein Lokal, dein Lokal – der Profi kommt (Kabel 1). Since 2021, Mike has appreciated the quality and history of Heritedge Viet Crafts knives. For him, the focus is not only on outstanding handling and workmanship, but also on preserving centuries-old craftsmanship and creating fair jobs in rural areas of Vietnam. When Mike asked us if we wanted to develop an exclusive knife collection together, we immediately agreed. The result is the extraordinary Heritedge misü collection – a perfect symbiosis of tradition, functionality and contemporary design. Rua – The turtle as a symbol of wisdom and longevity Rua means turtle – a significant symbol in Vietnamese culture that embodies wisdom and longevity. The turtle appears in numerous legends, including the famous story of Hoan Kiem Lake in the heart of Hanoi. There, King Lê Lợi received a sword from a magical turtle with which he defeated his enemies. Classic blade shape for precise vegetable cutting The rectangular blade with a gently rounded tip is typical of this traditional Asian vegetable knife. It makes chopping and finely slicing carrots, cucumbers, cabbage and many other vegetables easier – a perfect tool for your kitchen. Traditionally handcrafted in Vietnam Each Rua knife is carefully handcrafted by a traditional blacksmith in Cao Bang, northern Vietnam. Slight variations in shape and color make each knife a unique piece with character.
