Forest honey from Germany / mr biene makes holiday edition

Our forest honey comes from a beekeeper colleague from the Black Forest. Forest honey is only available in Hamburg in rare cases. This depends on the weather and the time of the spin. In contrast to blossom honey, forest honey is not made from the nectar of the flowers, but from honeydew. It has a strong, slightly bitter taste and is light to dark brown in color.
