Small apothecary jar in blown glass

Delicious little glass advertising jar from the 1950s. This one jar reproduces the shapes of the ancient pharmacy jars but the rubber present on the cap make it attributed to an advertising use. The label reproduces the cocoa fruit. The jar was made to hold chocolate - a luxury item for years to come 50 being imported goods. The glass jar can still be used as a spice or sugar container but it can also become a beautiful brocante ornament
