Our ambition is to free women from the obstacles caused by their hormonal imbalances and to do it in a cheerful and uninhibited way!

hina is the first range of natural food supplements entirely dedicated to premenstrual syndrome, which affects 10 million women in France.   We have created 3 formulas: Demi Mood, Alba Loné and Béa Triste which attack both the cause and the physical and psychological symptoms of PMS.  

hina is the story of both of us, Inès and Hana.   Our journey is comparable to that of so many other women: stopping the pill, a solitary and increasingly difficult adventure in a labyrinth of physical and psychological symptoms before and during our periods, almost total absence of natural solutions adapted to our problems …That’s why we decided to create the products we were missing.

All our products are natural, composed of plants, vitamins and minerals.   They are made in France with 100% recyclable packaging.
