Annual Review Journal P/review

The P/review book is your companion for a structured annual review as well as a "annual forecast". It is so valuable to reflect on what you have experienced and to draw conclusions for the future. This is the only way we can develop our personality and learn from experiences. A successful life does not mean not making mistakes or always having good times - it means living mindfully and reflectively, being able to admit mistakes and being willing to work on yourself. P/review helps you to pause and consciously remember and to sort through what you have experienced. Otherwise the months and years just fly by. Structure of P/review: The book can be opened from both sides. Once for the REVIEW (68 pages), once for the PREVIEW (24 pages). Divided into the five areas of life: social environment Business & Profession self management recreation Faith & Spirituality you will find a few specific questions that you can answer in text form, on a scale, or as multiple choice. Of course, you are free to omit questions if they do not apply to you. The order of the questions will guide you step by step through the annual reflection. After each area of life there is a blank page for your own notes. In some places there is space to stick photos or reminders to capture special moments. The book is designed to be interactive so that working with it is fun and entertaining. If you reflect in this way every year in the future, you will have a kind of chronicle of your own life on your shelf in a few years. You can look up how you were doing in a certain area of your life a few years ago and observe your own development.
