Hirschberg Gin comes from a small family distillery in the Rhein-Lahn district between Westerwald and Taunus. Simon Gunnemann and Max Weiß developed a regional and exclusive gin for discerning connoisseurs. The main focus here was on a regional value creation process. Coincidentally, there was a small agricultural family distillery in the immediate vicinity, which has existed since the 17th century and has been producing Hirschberg Gin in small numbers since 2016. Together with their master distiller, the two fine-tuned a classic gin recipe, which reflects the freshness and authenticity of its region of origin. The result is a gin with a fruity flower, carried by fine citrus notes and a tart juniper base. Hirschberg Gin is a product that is specifically tailored to the needs of exclusive bars and restaurants. This applies to the excellent taste, but also to the high-quality craftsmanship.
