This Arabica coffee is made in northern Peru, near the border with Ecuador cultivated and washed prepared. By depulping, fermenting and even drying creates a clearly recognizable character, which is typical for the region: more chocolaty, full-bodied Body and a lot of sweetness reminiscent of ripe red fruits. Great for milk drinks of all kinds, super sweet as Americano and Espresso. We get this great coffee from the Cenfrocafe cooperative, which sets standards in the region in terms of quality and sustainable, organic cultivation.
