The panel is first galvanized in accordance with EN 10244-2, Class D, with an average zinc coating of 50 g/m2. It has two layers of powder coating - it is pre-treated and provided with a conversion layer for a better anti-rust effect and with a polyester powder coating for better binding strength. The polyester powder coating has an average thickness of 100 μm. As a result, the fence panel is very UV and rust resistant and therefore very durable.
