Organic spelled panettone

An alternative to wheat flour.  Our Ibo panettone!  is made with natural sourdough (which clearly helps with digestion) and placed in a paper mold allowing the dough to swell.  This organic Christmas classic with candied fruits and raisins is more digestible thanks to the sourdough.  An organic Panettone that is no less delicious.
