This apricot specialty has a unique taste because it is made with an extraordinarily high quantity of fruit and contains less sugar. Produced in Italy, on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines near Florence. 

Each jar is made with at least 7 whole apricots, a dash of grape juice and a squeeze of lemon juice. ANDsimply top quality organic fruit pressed into a jar, with nothing else added. 

No added sugars. 

Preservative free.   Of artisanal quality, it has a purely sun-ripened fruit flavour. ANDdelicately cooked in small batches using organic fruit sourced primarily from local orchards.   More than 100 g of apricots are used to make 100 g of our apricot specialty; which is double the amount normally used in traditional jam and preserve recipes.   Using an innovative technique, the organic fruit is gently cooked at low temperatures to help protect the vitamins, minerals, fiber content and flavour. 

Unlike the traditional way of preparing jams and preserves, which destroys their goodness with boiling heat.   The range was created by founder Rebecca Ravera as a healthier option to enjoy for breakfast. " Enjoy your meals!”
