LONDON 1983: Inspired by the Vodka Martini, of which it is a variation, the Espresso Martini was shaken for the first time at the Soho Brasserie in London. Dick Bradsel, its creator, would have been tempted by the proximity of the coffee machine and perhaps even by a top model client who wanted an exciting cocktail. Winning result! PARIS 2023: LE BARTELEUR pays homage to this signature cocktail of the London scene of the 1980s which has become a “Modern Classic”. To perpetuate its variations around the martini, it gives a full-bodied shine to black coffee with a delicate chocolate, thus respecting the sweet and bitter taste. So single or double? Color: deep brown. Nose: the Intensity of roasted black coffee with spicy notes, mixed with the bittersweet aromas of cocoa bean. Mouth: rich aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. Full-bodied flavor of lightly roasted and spicy coffee merging with the intense sweetness of dark chocolate slightly bitter.
