'Calm' Aromatherapy Shower Steamers

In these shower steamers the pure essential oils of Lavender and Bergamot come together to deliver a relaxing aromatherapy experience. Lavender is soothing to our mind and emotions while citrusy Bergamot is both calming and up-lifting. Ideal in the evenings to unwind and promote restful sleep or any time you need a moment of calm. The bag contains 3 shower steamers of approx 25g each. Use one steamer per shower. Note that they work best in shower cubicles, where the steam from the shower can build and it’s contained. HOW TO USE Not to be confused with bath bombs, steamers are meant to be used exclusively in the shower. Run the water for a little to create some steam then place 1 steamer on the bottom of your shower, away from the direct stream of water. The steam and occasional sprinkle of water will activate the steamer, releasing the beautiful essential oil blend into the air. Breathe in deeply and enjoy this Spa experience at home!
