Ford Escort Rally Car Greetings Card (IC-Escort21KR)

A blank greetings card, 148 x 148mm (5.8 X 5.8”), Printed on 350gsm uncoated fsc paper. Blank inside for your message and supplied with a white envelope. This design features a reproduction based on one of my linocut illustrations. The linocut is hand-printed before it is digitised and composed to produce the final artwork ready for commercial printing. I like to combine traditional handcraft skills and modern digital technology. All the illustrations I produce are based on scenes or places I have seen. I have interest in motor racing and like to illustrate racing cars. This one is of a Mk1 Ford Escort once owned by someone I know. The car, 21KR, was campaigned for many years from the 1960s to the early 2000s including on the Monte Carlo rally.
