Innoseal Refill Large Box (84 Sets)

Innoseal® Refill 84 sets is Innoseal’s big box, which consists of 84 rolls of tape (PVC-free) and 84 rolls of its genius partner: the paper. A set is made of 1 tape roll and 1 paper roll. Only suitable for Innoseal Sealers. This one-of-a-kind combination makes the closure fool-proof to open and very easy to (re)close, without damaging your bag. You can find the instructions “Twist and Pull” on the paper to open it even more easily. The paper also helps to check if someone tried to open the bag before because if there is a rip on it, that is visible (tamper evident). The seals created with the combination of tape and paper are airtight and food grade; this will keep your products always fresh and clean. You can close your bag more often thanks to the reusable closure. The tape is safe to be used also by children and elderly people, since there is no risk of choking in case of swallow ing. Refill 84 sets are available in Uni-Color and Multi-Color options. -With the Multi-Color choice (Red, Blue, Black, Green, Yellow, Orange or Brown) you can have a color-coded system, and organize your products better, e.g. for each day of the week, with an eye to the FIFO. -Choosing the Uni-Color option means that one of the colors available (Black, Brown, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, Yellow) will become part of your corporate identity to make it even stronger. One large box of Innoseal® Refill (84 sets) contains roughly 75.600 seals, depending on the thickness of your bag. Additional information: The Refill is at its best in the first year, but still functional after this point. How to refill a Innoseal Sealer? 1. Open the Sealer. Position one hand on the top of the Sealer and place fingertips under the lid. Lift up and pull forward. 2. Change the Tape Roll. Load the Tape with the sticky side up. Thread the Tape through the opening above the Spoke Wheel, and temporarily stick the Tape to the top of the casing. a. Caution! The Tape can only be loaded one way, so if the lid does not close, the tape roll must be removed and reversed. 3. Change the Paper Roll. To load the Paper, assist the end of the Paper roll into one of the Spoke Wheel ports (via the passageway). To make sure it fits in the Spoke Wheel port, turn the Spoke Wheel a half-a-click. 4. Turn the Spoke Wheel. Before you can use the Sealer, turn the Wheel until you hear a full click (counter clockwise). The Wheel now has grip on the Paper. a. Caution! The first seal (and sometimes the second) will be lost as the tape & paper adjust their alignment, if you do not have a Paper &Tape seal by the third attempt, retrace the above steps 5. Seal on!
