The shape of the nut milk bag is ideal for the production of nut milk and grain milk: Thanks to the round shape, the bag fits well to the wall of the container without creating many folds in which leftover nuts can collect. All the seams of the bags are carefully bound off and are on the outside so that the leftover nuts and grains can be spread out to dry after draining. The double cord is also practical, with which the bags can be closed well and evenly, attached to the respective container or hung up to dry. The nut milk bags can also be used for everything else that needs to be finely filtered: for fruit juices and jams, consommés or sauces and of course for draining quark or yoghurt, for example to make cream cheese yourself or Labneh, which you can often find in shops in this country searches in vain. Rinse soaked almonds with water. Finely mix the almonds with about 4 times the amount of water in a blender If necessary, add a sweetener of your choice (e.g. 2 to 3 dates, 1 tsp agave syrup or similar). Filter the almond-water mixture with the Io Nova nut milk bag. Then enjoy your DIY almond drink as a delicious drink, in muesli or in coffee/tea. Care: After use, turn the nut milk bag inside out and rinse with lukewarm water. The nut milk bags are machine washable and can be washed at a temperature of up to 40°C.
