Barrique aged grappa 40% vol. obtained from the careful distillation of fermented pomace of red grapes. The distillation cycle is very slow and involves the processing of small batches of pomace (cooked) which lasts approximately an hour and a half. After resting in steel containers for approximately 8 months, to improve its softness of taste, the Grappa is transferred to new and second passage 350-litre Allier oak barrels for over twelve months.During this time the gradual and slow transfer of colour, aromas and wood toasting to the grappa takes place. It has a medium intense aroma, with light sensations of vanilla, yeast and honey and a straw yellow colour. On the palate it is harmonious, full-bodied, but not aggressive.
