Leave for 30 minutes or overnight, then shampoo.As a one-time or daily serum: heat the oil in the palms of the hands, apply after your moisturizing leave-in treatment to seal in hydration. 

Then, for a protective and conditioning treatment, every two/three days as needed, apply a few drops to the lengths and ends to nourish them and smooth the cuticles. 

If you have frizzy to curly hair, scrunch your hair from the bottom to the top to revive the curls.
