Lambswool ribbed scarf grey

Featuring a lovely ribbed stitch and knit from 2 ends of soft Merino Lambswool this slightly chunkier scarf is super warm and cosy. Pair with the matching hat and wrist warmers to complete the look. Knit on a vintage knitting machine from 100% merino lambswool and finished by hand. Lambswool is taken from the first sheer of a sheep and is therefore incredibly soft and smooth. The lambswool I use is sourced from merino sheep raised in Australia and spun in a Yorkshire mill that has been spinning yarn since the 1700’s. Merino Lambswool has many great properties such as breathability and temperature control. It is also itch-free as merino fibres are much finer than standard sheep's wool.
