Crème Brûlée is a custard-like dessert, topped with a caramelized layer of sugar. The precise origin of the dish is unknown. It can come from France, Great Britain or Catalonia. Our taste artist has this dessert on his list of favorites and thought it was time to turn it into a real taste explosion in chocolate.   The white Couverture chocolate contains a high level of real cocoa butter, which gives a very creamy effect. Ideal as a base for the custard-like basic recipe. With the addition of Bourbon vanilla, you get the right taste. The caramel pieces give the bite you expect from the crispy layer on the dessert.   TIP: break the 3 Christmas bars on a board, add vanilla ice cream and your delicious dessert is ready!
