Here we are at the crossroads between West-Coast, NEIPA and Cold IPA! It is dry, clear, with a pronounced bitterness and a very rich aroma around tropical fruits. Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin come together here like a rock-electro duo: tropical fruits in the lead, notes of white grapes in the backing vocals, and a resinous finale that slams like a final riff.
