For your own safety, the ballast has a special Off button. When the UV-C lamp is replaced it automatically switches off when the lamp is removed.The PL UV-C lamp has been improved, increasing light output and lifespan by 30% compared to other popular models. The device has a filter system with a separate compartment so that the UV-C radiation does not come into contact with other materials.To maintain the effectiveness of the UV-C section, the quartz glass should be cleaned at least 3 times a year.
