During the Armenian Genocide, the Yavrunts family emigrated first to Marseille, then to Burgundy. Continuing the work of his father, Martiros devotes his life to viticulture, dreaming of one day being able to produce wine from grape varieties from his native country, Armenia. A century later, his descendants pay homage to him through this wine. Martiros wines are produced in the village of Kakhtsrashen, located in the Ararat region of Armenia. This region is world famous for the quality of its grapes. The harvest is manual and the grapes pressed in traditional presses. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then the wine is aged in Caucasian oak barrels. Alc: 13.5%
