The amount of lavender has been studied to diffuse a sweet floral scent without becoming heady. LINSEED The weight of flaxseeds on your eyes promotes relaxation of facial muscles, promotes relaxation around the eyelobe and on the eyes. AMARANTH SEEDS Amaranth seeds have a permanent natural freshness. They soothe and decongest reddened, dark circles or tired eyes. They are also famous in case of migraine for the relief effect they provide. For more well-being, you can place a drop of essential oil of your choice on your pad (not recommended for pregnant women, please follow the dosage indicated on the bottle). You can also take the cushion out, place it in an airtight bag in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours and then put it on your eyes or on your forehead. If you have muscle pain or are on your period, you can also uncover it and place the cushion in the microwave for a few seconds (be careful to monitor the power of your device and heat the cushion between 30 seconds and 2 min maximum).
