This variant is made with "Hidcote Blue", which is the dominant lavender flower growing in the Nordics. The taste is full of lavender flowers, ginger, crushed apples and citrus notes. A lively beverage with good freshness, mild acidity and creamy foam. Floral harmonies, good depth and fine sweetness on the finish. It has won several highly recognised prizes in Denmark (Sol over Gudhjem, Sakskøbing Fruitfestival) and one of the main Danish Newspapers has granted the drink 91/100 points (Excellent).
