Kockums Griddle is made in Sweden of Swedish 6 mm carbon steel. It is pre-seasoned with vegetable oils which makes it ready for immediate use and you do not have to start with a seasoning procedure. The griddle has two handles and a decorative Kockums logo. The welded edges are nicely processed. We have also added a low edge in the front to keep the liquids and juices on the griddle, but at the same time makes it easy for you to cook the food. The griddle works on all types of heat sources, in the oven and on the grill. You can smash burgers, fry vegetables and larger pieces of meat and fish or bake your own pizzas. Gather your family and friends, put the griddle on the grill and serve a festive meal. The entire griddle can be placed on the dinner table and used for serving and keeping warm.
