Directions for use For an effective “Good Mood” routine, we recommend that you first use the Exalting soap when you wake up in your shower or bath. Spray 2 sprays per room of the Energizing mist when the desire arises to diffuse good energy. Then light the Harmonizing candle for a meditation or yoga session or for a quiet moment. Namaste!
