Duck Confit in Fat 780 g

For a gourmet one-on-one. To be reheated very gently and to be consumed "plain" according to tradition, or embellished with quarters of peach for a tasty sweet-salty encounter. Box of 780g, i.e. 2 duck legs, duck fat, salt and pepper. Preparation tips: Preheat your oven to 220°, put the duck legs drained of their fat in an ovenproof dish, skin side up. Brown them for 15 minutes then cover them with a sheet of aluminum foil and lower your oven to 120°.
