White raisined straw wine 2015

Elaborated since by the artisans-winegrowers of the slopes of Bellocois and Messacois, the raisined wine of Corréze is obtained following the harvest by hand of the best bunches, placed on racks then put to dry in ventilated rooms: the passerillage. Thus the grape is concentrated in sugar and aromas. The grapes are then pressed and the raisined wine is aged for a minimum of 2 years before being bottled. TASTING Eye: Golden yellow color, golden Nose: first aromas of honey and linden, then candied apricots, dates and quinces. Some notes of strawberries, pear in syrup and a zest of vanilla express its complexity. Palate: Powerful and fresh. Despite the sweetness, it is the freshness that makes this wine a great straw wine.
