Farmers for five generations, my brother and I created our first cider vintage in 1991. Our 22 hectares of orchards are located by the sea in the heart of Omaha Beach. Sea winds have a significant influence on our orchards and the quality of our apples. They bring freshness, minerality and iodized notes that are so particular to our ciders. We produce natural fermentation cider, Pommeau de Normandie AOC and Calvados AOC.
