The salted butter caramel from La Fruitière de Colpo is produced artisanally in Brittany. It is one of the flagship products of our store since it represents one of our regional specialties. To be enjoyed as a jam or spread on bread, a biscuit, a pancake... or lightly warmed in the microwave or in a bain-marie. It will go wonderfully with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for example for a hot/cold effect, or, to top it all off, with a slice of kouign-amann, what a 100% Breton delight!
