COOKED CHICKEN

An unusual object from the 19th century, little known, revisited by Mw.T. A kind of spit that allows poultry to be cooked in the oven, vertically, with a simple cooking method: just sit the animal on the skewer and place the accompanying vegetables on the plate. Since the peak is hollow, the inner flesh will be soft. On the outside, the skin constantly watered by the flowing juice will be crispy. The vegetables confit in the juice. Suitable for standard ovens (and more).
